Key Responsibilities
  • Application Issue Resolution: Efficiently diagnose and rectify intricate application problems to reduce downtime and support uninterrupted business operations.
  • System Monitoring: Establish and oversee monitoring frameworks to proactively assess application health, performance, and security.
  • Unix Expertise: Leverage comprehensive Unix knowledge to assist with cloud applications and on-premises code, including scripting, automation, and system management.
  • Client Relations: Act as a bridge between the technical team and clients, ensuring all client requirements are fulfilled and satisfaction levels remain high.
  • Azure Management: Administer and oversee Azure cloud services, encompassing compute, networking, storage, and security aspects.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in cloud application support, Unix/Linux environments, and Microsoft Azure.
