We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager specializing in Software Quality Assurance, particularly within the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs. In this pivotal role, you will oversee technology initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and strategize major technology initiatives.
  • Assess project performance and suggest essential modifications for success.
  • Serve as a technical authority across various projects.
  • Efficiently manage extensive quality assurance programs.
  • Examine data and deliver insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification as a SAFe Agilist or SAFe Government Practitioner.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years working with large-scale scrum methodologies.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the quality assurance cycle.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools such as Remedy and SharePoint.
  • Certification in Software Testing Management.
  • Background in deploying software solutions.
  • Experience managing QA analysts across multiple cycles.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Capable of operating office machinery and computers.
  • Occasional movement within the office environment.

The salary range for this position is between $110,800 and $185,500. Alongside competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
