Project Control Specialist

MD7, a digital infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Control Specialist to assist with various projects related to optimization for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with project milestones and deliverables
- Review reporting and assess project timelines
- Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure successful project completion
- Communicate project status and issues through client meetings and reporting
- Utilize workflow management tools to capture data and report progress
- Effective communicator with strong time management skills
- Intermediate skill level with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Quick learner with ability to absorb complex information
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain focus on high-volume tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project scope
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in site acquisition and/or real estate for wireless operators
- Experience with providing extreme service to customers
- Experience in contract review/auditing and workflow management tools
