Project Control Specialist

MD7, a digital infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Control Specialist to assist with various projects related to optimization for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project milestones and deliverables
  • Review reporting and assess project timelines
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure successful project completion
  • Communicate project status and issues through client meetings and reporting
  • Utilize workflow management tools to capture data and report progress
Requirements:
  • Effective communicator with strong time management skills
  • Intermediate skill level with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office
  • Quick learner with ability to absorb complex information
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain focus on high-volume tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project scope
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in site acquisition and/or real estate for wireless operators
  • Experience with providing extreme service to customers
  • Experience in contract review/auditing and workflow management tools
