Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all facets of risk by providing risk services to internal business partners.
  • Assist the Loss Prevention Department in their day-to-day activities to help manage risk for UNIFY.
  • Identify areas of fraud and propose ideas to mitigate risk.
  • Review customized transaction reports and work with Verafin to identify and address potential fraud.
  • Perform thorough reviews of member accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or negligence.
  • Communicate with team members from other departments to alert them of potential fraud.
  • Participate in quality control reviews and recommend controls to monitor and report unauthorized changes.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Loss Prevention to ensure an effective comprehensive control environment.
Requirements:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Management with a minimum of 1 year experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, Audit function, or related Control discipline.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively weigh competing options and make tough, timely decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups across all lines of business.
