About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Client Implementation Specialist to join our team at West Technology Group, LLC. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients and their smooth transition to our products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules for internal teams and clients to guide necessary activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Understand and execute assigned projects according to client needs, coordinating multiple tasks and engaging cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Obtain, verify, and validate client requirements to ensure successful application setup and supportability.
  • Coordinate the setup of new applications and ensure successful completion of assigned projects through project management.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for assigned clients, gaining a full understanding of client success criteria and ensuring those criteria are met upon project completion.
  • Create and maintain project documents and plans for all assigned projects, continuously monitoring them to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct and schedule small-scale end-user training for clients on product features and functionality of applications, customizing each training to meet specific client needs.
Requirements
  • An associate degree from an accredited college or university with significant coursework in computer science, MIS, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1 or more years of technical support/troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., XML).
