- Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and staff.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Bold Charter School offers highly competitive compensation, in the top range of comparable positions across New York City charter schools. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
