Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate payroll records, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Assign tasks to employees based on job requirements and special assignments
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with Harvard and customer standards
  • Provide training to new and existing staff on best practices for cleaning and maintenance
  • Ensure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to
  • Order and distribute supplies and equipment as needed
  • Respond to customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Manage special projects and assignments as requested by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the cleaning and maintenance industry
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic business writing skills

Work Environment:

  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and subordinates in a professional setting
  • Operate standard office equipment and technology
  • Conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals and groups at all levels
  • Work in close proximity to others
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as needed
