Client Support Specialist

Compensation:$29,000+
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries, service questions, and complaints.
- Employ scripts to navigate challenging customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document customer communications and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain current knowledge of services and products.
- Keep customer account details accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage inbound calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and resolve account issues.
- Conduct outbound calls to arrange appointments and collect payments.
- Create detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are addressed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate pest control service appointments with customers.
- Provide comprehensive information about pest control services, pricing, and operational procedures.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain precise and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with the pest control team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Strong understanding of customer interaction and engagement.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer skills for data entry and customer management systems.
- Willingness to undergo training on pest control services and products (training provided).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
