Job Summary

CarShop, a subsidiary of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to represent the company and model its values and culture to each customer in person and on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere to service customers, making each person feel like their highest priority.
  • Support all departments by interacting with customers to address their needs and connecting them with the appropriate department or person.
  • Cash out retail service customers and provide clerical support as needed for all departments.
  • Interact with all departments and provide clerical support in between answering phone calls and cashing out customers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and sustained performance under heavy pressure.
  • Be a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Be a quick learner, analytical thinker, and committed to team success and team building.
  • Exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, "can-do" attitude.
  • Pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
