Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to improve resource consumption and promote best practices in medical staff performance.
- Collaborate with the hospital's Best Practice Team to identify and implement best practices in physician performance.
- Communicate effectively with the medical staff, administration, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Participate in the development and implementation of education programs to support the goals of the hospital.
- Proven experience as a Chief Medical Officer or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate medical staff.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive improvement in patient care and resource utilization.
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission and Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program accreditation survey processes.
