Community Maintenance Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Community Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Kane Realty Corporation's luxury community in Raleigh. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and asset preservation of our multi-family property.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet established standards and applicable laws
- Supervise maintenance department staff, including interviewing, selecting, recommending hires, training, and overseeing daily operations
- Provide operational training and technical direction to staff, assist with problem-solving, and assign tasks
- Manage on-site maintenance staff, diagnose problems, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance issues
- Track service requests, investigate delayed orders, and resolve issues
- Monitor move-in and move-out inspections, orient new residents, and respond to questions
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure safe storage of materials and equipment

Requirements:
- CFO and CPO designation for handling Freon and ensuring chemical balance in pools and fountains
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate staff, and prioritize resident satisfaction

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
