We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Bluecrest Residential's luxury apartment community in Raleigh, West.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Job:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our 365-unit community, including HVAC systems. This role requires a problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure resident satisfaction and meet Bluecrest's standards for service requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs to maintain apartments, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance repairs.
  • Communicate with the Maintenance Manager daily and accurately record the status of service requests and make-ready units.
  • Achieve Bluecrest's standard for completing make-ready turns within 7 days.
  • E nsure the inventory of adequate parts and supplies are in stock and organized; use supplies cost-efficiently without jeopardizing quality.
  • Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, and thoroughness with every service request and make-ready.
  • Bring knowledge in all areas of maintenance while continually learning and growing your skill set.
  • Take accountability for the community's appearance and overall satisfaction of residents.
  • Inspect and repair all areas of the community; health and safety procedures are adhered to, and preventative maintenance is implemented.
  • Work as a team with office staff to ensure overall resident satisfaction.
  • Learn how to accurately complete records in Yardi and commit to using Sparkle as an inspection tool.
  • Embrace Bluecrest's culture of empowerment and transparency by engaging in healthy debate with leadership and sharing what is not working well on a weekly basis.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must be a problem-solver with general maintenance knowledge and a willingness to learn more. You should be driven, willing to take initiative, and have an off-the-chart sense of urgency. You must be organized, have a plan for every day, and embrace change and its opportunities. Additionally, you should run on transparency and healthy debate, using your voice and following through to make a difference.

Requirements:

  • You have experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • You have worked at an apartment community.
  • You have an EPA Type II or Universal certification.
  • You have a CPO certification (preferred).
  • You have reliable transportation to perform all job duties.
