About the Role

At Madison Communities, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our communities.

Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on community equipment, including plumbing, light bulb replacement, A/C maintenance, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repair.
  • Responding to resident repair requests and maintenance concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reporting equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to the Maintenance Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, and previous maintenance experience is preferred.
