Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will:

  • Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all property equipment, inspecting and maintaining tools and equipment as needed.
  • Determine the type and quantity of materials and equipment required, selecting efficient work procedures and communicating with team members.
  • Maintain awareness of property conditions, reporting and correcting unsafe situations promptly.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
