  • Effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relay information to the Service Technicians
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the range of services available and contact customers to update them about their vehicle's repair status
  • Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Service Advisor experience required
  • An energetic, upbeat, engaging attitude
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Must have a professional appearance, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
