The Campbell University Residence Life and Housing Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Area Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in fostering academic and personal growth among our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to Community Assistants in assigned areas.
- Develop and implement residential education programs to promote student success and well-being.
- Collaborate with hall staff to create a positive and inclusive community environment.
- Manage and coordinate housing operations, including move-in and move-out processes.
- Represent the department at university events and recruitment initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote a positive living and learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with campus and community resources to provide referrals and support to students.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in higher education administration, student personnel, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in Residence Life and University Housing on a college/university campus (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in housing management software and Microsoft Office.
