Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to Community Assistants in assigned areas.
  • Develop and implement residential education programs to promote student success and well-being.
  • Collaborate with hall staff to create a positive and inclusive community environment.
  • Manage and coordinate housing operations, including move-in and move-out processes.
  • Represent the department at university events and recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote a positive living and learning environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with campus and community resources to provide referrals and support to students.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in higher education administration, student personnel, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in Residence Life and University Housing on a college/university campus (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in housing management software and Microsoft Office.
