Senior Wellness Employee Housing Coordinator- Full Time

Vail Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellness Coordinator to join our Employee Housing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in executing our wellness strategy, supporting employee housing staff and residents, and creating a welcoming and inclusive community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives that promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of employees and residents.
- Collaborate with the Wellness Manager and Wellness Supervisor to align with the overall wellness strategy and goals.
- Provide support and resources to employees and residents, including conflict resolution, mediation, and referrals to external resources.
- Plan and execute community-building events, social activities, and educational programs that foster a sense of community and connection among employees and residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and advisory groups to enhance program visibility and support.
- Oversee the planning and execution of wellness projects, including training and consulting with Housing staff and employees on wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance program effectiveness and create engaging content to promote wellness initiatives.
Requirements:
- A Graduate, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree or diploma in progress or completed from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- Excellent customer service experience through effective interpersonal communications, both verbal and written, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with high-risk and vulnerable populations, mediation, and conflict resolution is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- English strong written and verbal, with Spanish or French preferable.
