About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Liaison to join our team at RTX. As a Product Support Liaison, you will be responsible for providing technical management of the Next Generation Jammer System (NGJ) at multiple locations, including deployed Naval vessels and various expeditionary sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Management: Manage incoming inspection, troubleshoot, repair, calibration, and return of Next Generation Jamming (NGJ) systems returned from CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Field Support: Execute NGJ Fleet Support Representative's (FSR) efforts at NAS Whidbey Island, WA.
  • Training and Development: Train U.S. Navy Sailors and new FSR's before OCONUS deployment.
  • Deployment: Deploy either shipboard or in an expeditionary capacity with supported NGJ systems.
  • Support and Collaboration: Support engineering, logistics, and operations teams, and work with the engineering product development team prior to system deployment.
  • Equipment Management: Identify field support equipment needs for field troubleshooting.
  • Customer Support: Assist USN maintainers with all NGJ support requirements.
What You Will Learn

  • Project Management: How to manage and prioritize multiple requirements from different organizations.
  • Technical Reporting: How to write technical reports to classify the condition of assigned assets.
  • Integration and Collaboration: How to integrate into the customer's organization and provide technical assistance in real time.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience.
  • Clearance: Ability to pass a deployment/overseas health screening physical and obtain a SECRET clearance on the first day of employment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Education: Familiarity with the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) systems and/or the NGJ Tactical Jamming System (TJS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • USN Experience: Familiarity with USN organizational level squadron operations.
  • Technical Reporting: Familiarity with USN technical reports.
  • Contractor Logistics Support: Past or current experience with Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and/or FSR operations.
  • Advanced Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of AEA, NGJ, RF, and Radar systems.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience with dispersed teams.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Power Point, and experience in effectively communicating with end users of the system.
