Job Title: Senior Tactical Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tactical Systems Analyst to join our Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division. As a key member of our Network Enabled Weapons (NEW) Fleet Support Team, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class military aviation training, products, and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F-35 weapon and mission systems, with a minimum of eight years of experience as F/A-18 or F-35 TMS aircrew. You will be responsible for researching, processing, and distilling complex technical material for meaningful and engaging presentation to fleet Naval Aviators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels
  • Research and process complex technical material for presentation to fleet Naval Aviators
  • Cross-train and assist other priority efforts within ACES

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of eight years as F/A-18 or F-35 TMS aircrew; SFTI qualification preferred
  • Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of F-35 weapon and mission systems
  • Valid state driver license
  • Travel (20%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S.
  • U.S. citizenship with a current and active Secret clearance, with TS/SCI eligibility
  • Eligible for SAP/SAR programs

Desired Experience/Skills:

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to a working environment requiring intense collaboration, robust communication, and coordination with various operational squadrons, test squadrons, program offices, and tactical centers of excellence

  • Familiarity or experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense (DoD) federal contractors and the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to conduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects

Work Authorization:

  • Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form
  • Tactical Air Support is a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including for marijuana) required
