  • Coordinate the receipt of goods, services, and capital equipment.

  • Assist in editing KRONOS payroll functions and reporting.
  • Review and request new charge codes via eCDM.
  • Coordinate weekly cycle counts for all stock locations and maintain the database for reporting to the facility CFO.
  • Work with departments to manage excess and no-move inventory.
  • Assist in coordinating the distribution of supplies from receiving and central supply locations to internal and external consuming locations.
  • Assist with maintaining count books and entering data for the semi-annual facility-wide inventory.
  • Coordinate and maintain databases on facility service and maintenance agreements.
  • Act as an advisor/resource to departments regarding sourcing options for goods, services, and capital equipment.
  • May need to drive facility vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an acute care hospital.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Current California driver's license.
  • Evidence of current car insurance.
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) completed at time of hire and on an annual basis thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior purchasing, receiving, and central supply experience.

Pay Range: $33.13 hourly

Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Days Off: Saturday, Sunday

If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
