Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager Paralegal to join our team in the Hudson Valley. As a Case Manager Paralegal, you will play a critical role in managing case files and assisting attorneys in achieving successful outcomes.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing case files, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely submissions
  • Analyzing and summarizing complex documents, including medical records
  • Coordinating with attorneys to meet deadlines and prepare for trials
  • Developing and maintaining organized systems for tracking case progress
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
