Personal Injury Advocate Wanted

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Paralegal to assist our attorneys in managing cases from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong understanding of legal procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses
  • Reviewing and analyzing documents, including medical records
  • Ensuring timely filing of documents with Courts
  • Calendaring and tracking Court conference dates
  • Facilitating attorney deadlines by maintaining organized schedules and providing timely reminders
  • Investigating facts to aid in negotiation of legal disputes
