Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $34,000 and $52,000, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive compensation package includes competitive hourly or salary ranges, plus a range of benefits and incentives to support your growth and well-being.
Job Description
As a Solutions Leader on Duty, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the Pet Care Center. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high merchandising standards, and upholding our company's core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a role model within our selling model and support guest interactions as needed.
- Coach partners around guest-centric programs, such as nutrition standards, companion animal sales, seasonal promotions, and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Process register transactions in a way that creates a great experience for each guest.
- Supports the overall Omni Guest Experience for the Pet Care Center through execution, training, and coaching partners.
- Functions as Leader on Duty for supporting Pet Care Center execution, training, communication, and maintenance of company initiatives, pet care, legal compliance, policies, procedures, safety practices, and promotions.

Work Environment
The majority of job duties are conducted indoors, although customer carryouts and veterinarian visits may require brief periods outside. You will be expected to:
• Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, as necessary.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet store needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
