Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Autism Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).



Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments to identify speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD. You will develop and execute detailed treatment plans aimed at improving the communication abilities of children aged 2-6, employing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques and instruments.



You will collaborate extensively with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care. You will actively involve families in the treatment process by providing them with education, resources, and support to foster their child's speech and language development.



Qualifications include a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program, a license to practice speech pathology in the state of your chosen center, and a desire to be part of an organization working to advance the standard of autism therapy.
