Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the well-being and safety of children, ensuring a nurturing environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Contribute to sales and retention through positive communication with families, building strong relationships and promoting our programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum under the guidance of a qualified educator, helping to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a background check, work physical, and drug test.
  • Ability to move in a variety of motions, including bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and/or pushing.
  • Capacity to handle and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
  • Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
  • Ability to work in a wide range of climate temperatures, including excessive heat and/or subzero temperatures.
