Payroll Director

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Payroll Director to lead their dynamic and growing payroll department.


About the Opportunity:
The Payroll Director will oversee all aspects of payroll processing operations and related reporting for the organization, including inpatient and outpatient functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and oversee payroll processes for routine processing, tax reporting, and internal financial requirements
• Design strategies to achieve continuous improvement and efficiencies in payroll processing and operations
• Collaborate with other departments and outside vendors to design and implement necessary changes to timekeeping systems and payroll software

Requirements:
• 5+ years of payroll management experience in a large, multi-state payroll setting
• Bachelor's degree
• Payroll experience at a large company
• Experience with payroll software and timekeeping systems
• Management experience
