Job Position

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant to support Gaston in his role. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with CRMs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Gaston's CRM, ensuring accurate and efficient data
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to engage qualified leads
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for Gaston
  • Collaborate with Kera Parker on various business-related tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CRM experience and Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of operations, finance, real estate, business, or sales
  • Commitment to long-term growth in wealth management and real estate
  • Availability to work in Orange County

Compensation Package

The selected candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including hourly rate, starting salary, and bonus structure that increases as the business grows.
