Job Title: Commercial Mortgage Relationship Manager

gpac, a 30-year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established bank in the Commercial Mortgage industry. The bank is a growing lender to homebuilders and housing investors with nearly 50-state lending coverage.

This role will focus on Commercial Real Estate Mortgages in the Homebuilder industry. As a Commercial Mortgage Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a start-up, entrepreneurial culture and enjoy the flexibility of a remote position with a progressive fringe benefit plan and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Syndicate loans to multiple lenders
  • Monitor and manage participation agreements
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in loan syndication/participations/correspondence services
  • Existing relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of loan structures and legal agreements
  • Familiarity with LSTA market standards and accounting rules

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $95,000 to $160,000 with a bonus pool
