The Patient Service Representative 3 (PSR 3) is responsible for executing a range of administrative tasks essential for the efficient functioning of the medical practice or department.

The PSR 3 frequently serves as the initial and final point of interaction for patients during their visits, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills that ensure a positive and lasting impression of the Harbin Clinic.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED is required.
2. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.
3. Fundamental understanding of general office equipment operation (computer, phone, copier, fax).
