We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at King's Medical Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance patient care and satisfaction.

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three years of experience in a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills essential.

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems required.
