We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager - CIO Office to join our team at Talan. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in managing and optimizing the IT department's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the bank's business goals
  • Oversee budgeting and financial analysis for the IT department
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with IT ManCo to enhance contract management
  • Track and report on the performance of IT initiatives and projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT operations and projects

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 per year.
