Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LPC, LCSW

We are currently seeking licensed mental health counselors (LPC, LCSW) for full-time roles.

Compensation Package:

  • The salary range for this position is between $52,400 and $91,800 annually, with performance-based bonuses available. Compensation is influenced by various factors such as education, experience, licensure, and clinical hours.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a full license or be actively pursuing independent licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials are required.
  • Willingness to conduct a combination of school, office, and home visits.
  • Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Proficient in computer and basic technology skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Self-motivated and capable of establishing rapport with clients quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits at least once a month, along with required visits to offices, schools, and other facilities to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Facilitate support groups as needed.
  • Maintain current documentation, including 90-day reviews and treatment plans, along with any other necessary records.
  • Meet with guardians or parents monthly when applicable.
  • Plan and implement therapeutic interventions such as behavior modification and stress management techniques to assist clients in managing their challenges.
  • Oversee case management for assigned clients.
