We are currently seeking qualified mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW) for full-time roles.

Compensation Package:

  • Annual salary ranges from $52,400 to $91,800, with performance-based bonuses available. Compensation is influenced by factors such as education, experience, licensure, and clinical hours.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid license or be actively pursuing independent licensure in the state.
  • Required credentials: LPC or LCSW.
  • Willingness to engage in a combination of school, office, and home visits.
  • Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
  • Proficient in computer and basic technology usage.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth.
  • Self-driven and capable of establishing rapport with clients swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits at least once monthly, along with required visits to offices, schools, and other facilities to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Facilitate support groups as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including treatment plans and progress reviews.
  • Engage with guardians or parents of clients on a monthly basis.
  • Design and implement therapeutic interventions, including behavior modification and stress management strategies.
  • Oversee case management responsibilities for assigned clients.
