About the Position

We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrist to join our team at Life Strategies Counseling Inc. (LSCI). This is a hybrid position that offers a unique blend of clinical work and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients with a wide range of mental health concerns
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must have a clean and unrestricted Arkansas license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
  • Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
  • Expertise and experience treating children, adolescents, and families would be viewed positively

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief and loss, and addiction recovery.
