We are currently seeking licensed mental health counselors (LAC, LMSW) for full-time roles.
Compensation Details:
- The salary range for this role is between $44,800 and $77,300 annually. Additionally, performance-based bonuses are available. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including education, experience, licensure, and clinical hours.
Qualifications:
- Possession of either an LAC or LMSW license
- Willingness to engage in a combination of school, office, and home visits
- Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Proficient in computer and basic technology skills
- Self-driven and independent therapists who can quickly establish rapport with clients

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient interviews to gather relevant medical history and other necessary information for behavioral assessments
- Assess the effectiveness of counseling programs and monitor clients' progress in addressing identified issues and achieving measurable goals
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Review assessment outcomes to determine client needs
- Administer therapeutic interventions such as behavior modification and stress management to assist clients in managing disorders and challenges
- Conduct home visits at least once a month, as well as required visits to offices, schools, and other facilities to ensure comprehensive client care
- Meet with guardians or parents monthly when applicable
- Participate in required training sessions for agency and licensure compliance
- Attend monthly treatment team meetings
