We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team at Open Systems Healthcare. As Compliance and Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of caregivers while maintaining compliance with our extensive list of policies and procedures.

About Us:

At Open Systems Healthcare, we prioritize compliance as the backbone of our sales process. Our HR team is an integral part of our business development process, working collaboratively with the entire team to ensure that all caregivers are up-to-date on their required credentials.

Responsibilities:

  • Credentialing: You will oversee the credentialing process, ensuring that all caregivers have the necessary certifications and qualifications.
  • Training: You will work closely with our training department to ensure that each caregiver receives proper training to provide high-quality care.
  • Audits: You will conduct regular audits of caregivers' personnel files to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Onboarding: You will lead the onboarding process for external employees, conducting background checks, screening candidates, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

  • Assertiveness: You will need to communicate effectively with the sales team, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
