Key Responsibilities- Lead Daily Operations: Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
- Monitor Product Levels: Ensure product levels (floor work, as-is, recycle, trash, seasonal back stock) are managed to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
- Manage Payroll and Operating Costs: Ensure payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Ensure Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
- De-escalate Customer Situations: Work to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately.
- Partner with Community Businesses: Partner with community businesses and organizations to promote Goodwill mission.
- Lead High-Performing Team: Build a high-performing team and responsible for performance management, staffing, compensation, and development of Team Members.
- Drive Business Growth: Play a critical role in driving company culture change efforts and change management processes.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Retail Management Experience: One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
- Customer Service Experience: One-year customer service experience required.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
