Job OverviewAs a Marketing Associate at Ryan Murchland - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. Your primary responsibility will be to establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will also be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. In return, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off, flexible hours, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency. Requirements include an interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills, people-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions, and ability to work in a team environment.
