Job Summary

Classic Vision Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our locations in Kennesaw and East Cobb. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Staff Management: Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of the staff in both locations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring they align with our company culture and standards.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient clinic processes. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage inventory and ensure that all required equipment and supplies are available. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and organizational standards.
  • Patient Care and Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of care and service is provided to all patients. Address and resolve patient complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance patient experience.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and financial reports. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to achieve financial targets. Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones. Represent Classic Vision Care at community events and build relationships with local businesses and organizations. Oversee social media and online presence to enhance brand visibility.
  • Strategic Planning and Business Development: Identify opportunities for expanding services and enhancing the patient experience. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and improve competitive positioning. Collaborate with the executive team to set short-term and long-term goals for growth and development.
  • Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in eye care and vision technologies. Implement new technologies and processes to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Ensure all tech and equipment are properly maintained and updated.
Qualifications

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with practice management software is a plus.
