About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Sales Executive to join our team at Alchemy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Alchemy's products and services, and be able to articulate their value proposition to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business outcomes.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of quota-carrying experience in a client-facing sales role, selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS offerings to enterprises and C-level stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry.
  • Technical Background: A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
  • Leadership Skills: Self-starter attitude, ability to execute new ideas with autonomy, and a strong desire to work in sales at an early-stage startup.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Experience as a sales leader managing a team of sellers.
  • Advanced CRM Experience: Advanced CRM experience, including configuration, development of dashboards and reports, and programming experience.
  • Cross-Functional Selling: Experience with cross-functional selling, including architect, sales engineer, professional services, partner, and ISV.
