Client Support Specialist - Full Time Position

Job Overview:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our valued clients and our dedicated service teams. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and text.
  • Document and resolve service alerts by updating records and rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Department to coordinate service appointments that best meet customer needs while optimizing routes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our management system.
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the day to inform them of any changes to their schedules.
  • Address customer complaints effectively and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Provide customers with information regarding service expectations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with off-season projects, including account maintenance and customer outreach.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Work Environment:

Our Client Support Specialists thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced contact center, where they engage directly with customers on a daily basis. Inbound inquiries typically revolve around service pricing, billing, and scheduling.

Customer Retention Focus:

Ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will play a vital role in fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries related to services, billing, and other concerns.
  • Accurately document customer information and interaction history for future reference.
  • Process requests for new services efficiently.
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Prepare necessary correspondence and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet access for potential remote work opportunities.
