Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in facilitating daily interactions with clients, addressing inquiries related to service status, reporting, and general support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a call center environment to manage inquiries and requests.
  • Diagnose customer needs and provide solutions during the initial contact.
  • Deliver essential information regarding our properties and company protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve urgent customer support issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in sales or customer service within a call center setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated courtesy and de-escalation skills in challenging situations.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation to meet work schedule requirements.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Visual acuity to read documents and communicate effectively.
  • Clear verbal communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
  • Capability to wear a headset during shifts.
  • Finger dexterity for typing and using a keyboard.
