Responsibilities:

The Customer Care Center operates around the clock, providing support to our clients every day of the week. Team members will work in a shift-based environment that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs. Schedules are subject to change based on operational requirements.

Compensation:

Our compensation package includes:

  • Starting Pay: Unlicensed at $17.00/hr, Licensed at $18.75/hr
  • 10% shift differential for specific hours and weekends
  • Bilingual Spanish differential available
  • Automatic $.50 hourly increase after six months
  • Annual merit reviews with potential for performance-based pay increases and bonuses

Selected candidates will undergo mandatory training, compensated at the same hourly rate. Training schedules will vary based on the role and shift.

New hires will have opportunities for advancement within the Customer Care Center after six months of service, and for other roles at State Farm after twelve months.

Post-training, associates will primarily work from home with occasional office presence.
