Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Support Representative. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients, assisting them with their inquiries, and addressing any challenges they may face.

Compensation: $800 - $1150 weekly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exemplary customer service by managing incoming calls, replying to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support customers with product details, pricing information, and order processing.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer concerns, including tracking shipments, handling returns, and facilitating product exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, particularly with sales and shipping departments.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm their issues have been resolved and their expectations met.
  • Keep a comprehensive understanding of company offerings, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the capability to build rapport with clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays, as required.
