Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Support Representative. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients, assisting them with their inquiries, and addressing any challenges they may face.
Compensation: $800 - $1150 weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary customer service by managing incoming calls, replying to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support customers with product details, pricing information, and order processing.
- Diagnose and resolve customer concerns, including tracking shipments, handling returns, and facilitating product exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, particularly with sales and shipping departments.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their issues have been resolved and their expectations met.
- Keep a comprehensive understanding of company offerings, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the capability to build rapport with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
