FISHER-HALL is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
