Production Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily production schedule to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of products.
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing standards, yields, and efficiencies to meet customer specifications and company goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the facility.
- Train and develop line leads and employees on safety procedures, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Resolve employee issues and concerns through the grievance process and recommend disciplinary actions or promotions as needed.
- Attend and complete training programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing; 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems and strong math skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English; Spanish language skills a plus.
- Basic computer skills and effective communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $67,000 to $91,591.69 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
