Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and implement strategies that arise around contractual issues.
  • Actively participate in proposal processes.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a related field preferred.
  • US citizen.
  • 5-10 years' experience with cradle-to-grave contracts management/administration experience.
  • Significant experience and expertise in contracting with the U.S. government acquisition organizations and as a subcontractor to prime contracts.
  • Experience with proposal development, negotiation, contract administration, and contract close-out.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal purchasing regulations and ability to document contracts/subcontracts accordingly.
  • Experience supporting business development, program management, and engineering, by negotiating and administering non-disclosure, teaming, and other binding arrangements.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, ability to interact with program managers, finance, and business development with professionalism.
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and Government contracts policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursable (CPFF), and Time and Material (T&M) type contracts and subcontracts.

Salary Range

A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $104,000 - $186,440.00.
