Job Summary:
The Nutritionist is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating, designing, and delivering nutrition programs for cardiac rehabilitation and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of nutrition programs for cardiac rehabilitation and community outreach.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nutrition services to patients.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and counseling sessions to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers to promote nutrition education and services.
- Assist in the marketing of nutrition programs and services to promote awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
- 6 months of clinical experience as a Dietitian/Nutritionist required.
- 2 years of clinical experience as a Dietitian/Nutritionist preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition required.
- Master's degree in Food and Nutrition preferred.
- Licensed Dietitian and/or Registered Dietitian required.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, with no weekend or call requirements.
