Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Cardiac Specialist to join their team at North Fulton Hospital. As a key member of the MedSurg - Cardiac Telemetry unit, this individual will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care and participate in the development of our patient-centered care model. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing personalized care to patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individualized attention and tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and open communication
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based care protocols and procedures to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements**

- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 5+ years of RN experience in a MedSurg or Cardiac Telemetry setting
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or multi-state compact
- BLS certification and instructor certifications preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with composure and decisiveness
