Combat Shooting Program Analysts

We are seeking a highly skilled Combat Shooting Program Analyst to join our team at Linxx Global Solutions. As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical and analytical support in the execution of the Expeditionary Combat Skills Training Continuum (ECSTC).
Your responsibilities will include teaching critical skills required to conduct dynamic weapons training, executing a mix of live fire, blended live fire and simulation courses, and providing technical and analytical support in the execution of the current support and the future development and execution of a sustainment CSTP.
Requirements include two years of background in the development and maintenance of instructional materials, five years of experience developing curriculum and training for combat related topics, and two years of experience providing training/curriculum development for small arms and tactical training to Navy or Army special operation forces.
Additional requirements include two years of experience delivering small arms training in a synthetic environment, two years of experience training with reactive steel target systems, and two years of experience in live fire/judgment-based training and range safety.
